This is small-group strength training done properlyAcross 16 workouts over the next 4 weeksYou’ll build real world strength, move better, and bulletproof your joints using simple, effective kettlebell work.Every session is coached - so you’re not just working hard, you’re progressing.No experience needed. Exercises are scaled to your level, whether you’re just getting started or already training.What to expect:
